Recipe and flavour ideas below 👇FOLLOW ME, SAVE (bookmark icon) and SHARE this (paper plane icon) so you keep seeing my new recipes uploads.Honestly you won’t buy store bought icecream again - I can’t believe how many nasty ingredients are hidden in store bought icecream.My recipe has 3 ingredients and yes, it has sugar but this is a MUCH healthier way to enjoy a sugary treat which we all deserve (and need in this heat!). Know your ingredients, cook from scratch and eat like an Italian!VANILLA ICE-CREAM (base)
500ml double cream
1 tin condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extractWhisk these 3 ingredients until you achieve soft peaks. This makes your basic VANILLA gelato. Freeze for approx 4-6hours. I recommend taking the icecream out 10mins before serving so it softens. Or you can freeze it in silicone sticks and have it as a retro mini milk lolly!FLAVOUR COMBOSBACIO
Once you’ve brought your vanilla mix to soft peaks, mix in 50g (or more) of cocoa powder to turn the icecream to chocolate. In a frying pan, put 2 handfuls of roughly chopped hazelnuts with half a cup of icing sugar and turn to a medium heat. The sugar will melt and caremelise around the nuts. Allow to cool then stir them into the chocolate icecream. Freeze for 4-6 hours and enjoy! It does help if you make the nuts ahead of time.RASPBERRY RIPPLE
Blend half a bag of frozen raspberries with
5 tablespoons icing sugar (about 65g) and
50ml cranberry juice in a blender. Once you’ve made the vanilla base, put drops of your raspberry blend on your icecream and with the handle of a spoon, gently swirl the raspberry mix into the icecream. Freeze for 4-6hours.Other flavours - stir in ground coffee to the vanilla base, swirl in crema di pistachio, crumble any favourite cookie or amaretti biscuit - the flavour combos are endless!#gelato #unprocessedfood #homemade #icecream #eatlikeanitalian #cookfromscratch

Last night after work we headed down to Hastings for fish & chips on the beach. It couldn’t have been a more perfect evening, we watched a beautiful sunset which made way for the most stunning full moon which lit up the sky. There wasn’t a breath of wind, the sea was like a millpond, people were swimming, barbecuing, laughing and generally celebrating the arrival of summer.
Being by the sea is our happy place and the place we can park our stresses and celebrate happiness and being together as a family. ❤️❤️

What an amazing day we had yesterday. It was our annual B&S summer party to celebrate the hard work of our fantastic team. What a blast we had! 🥂💥🍾 🪩 💃🏿 🕺 It started with fish, chips & fizz in the office for lunch then we then hopped on the train up to london (with more fizz), took the Uber boat to Greenwich (with even more fizz) and then had the most fantastic evening at the Mamma Mia Party at the O2. It totally surpassed my expectations… its was SO, SO fun from start to finish. We ate surprisingly delicious food, sang, danced and had an utterly brilliant time. I honestly cannot recommend it enough. @mammamiapartyuk @theo2london @o2uk
