Our Spirit of Christmas ‘25 journey so far… it’s been a busy weekend but we are thrilled with how things are looking.

We are so excited to have collaborated with @claudiaandb this year who have produced all of the incredible bows which not only look fabulous on our stand but they are also available to buy. Even if we say so ourselves… we think our stand looks pretty special this year! Last night we were invited for supper and Halloween fun @staycrafted_ (a new hotel & members club in Battle, East Sussex which is opening on 17th November). I cannot tell you how exciting this place is!! We were there a couple of weeks ago for the soft launch of the Pub and the progress they have made in the past two weeks is phenomenal. What a place and how lucky we are to have this on our doorstep. We were blown away… last time we were there we saw the restaurant and the Pub which will both be open to everyone. Last night we saw so much more, and boy is it looking amazing!
After a delicious supper we had a tour of the main hotel which is looking truly spectacular. We were invited to stay too and would have jumped at the chance but sadly had to be up in london early this morning so had to decline but the rooms look absolutely gorgeous! There are so many amazing areas in the hotel, cosy sitting rooms with roaring fires to relax in, private dining areas, co working spaces and the ultimate party place - the ‘green room’ - for dancing & cocktails. I can confirm the music & Margaritas were amazing. If we had stayed, I have no doubt it would have been a very fun, late night! Building our Spirit of Christmas stand today was very definitely more challenging than normal.
We are soooo excited about Crafted opening… it has so much on offer, a pool, a wild swimming lake, gym, sauna and even padel courts which Jamie & I will be taking up. We urge you to visit if you are in the area. It’s going to put Battle on the map!

Holt, Norfolk - THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came to the opening day of our shop yesterday. We were blown away by the support and are so thrilled with how day one went. What an exciting opportunity this is. Huge, huge thanks to @connockengland for choosing us in this amazing collaboration.
Brooke & Evie, who will be running the shop for us on a day to day basis, did brilliantly yesterday. Well done team! We will be open 10am - 5pm Monday - Saturday until Christmas so do pop in if you are in the area.
Special thanks must be said to one of my oldest and bestest friends @bettslouise who, as always, gave me so much moral support and brought the crowds. It’s so lovely to be back in the area and to have the opportunity to catch up with so many old pals, even my amazing godmother and godson came to wish us well… thank you!! We are very excited about the next couple of months ahead.

Very excitingly last night we were invited to the soft opening of the pub @staycrafted_ and it was even better than expected. Crafted at Powdermills is a new hotel & members club which we are so lucky to have on our new doorstep. @staycrafted_ will be opening its doors fully on 17th November & it’s going to be amazing.
We last saw it a few months ago when it was very much a building site and it has come a long way since then! Last night the lights twinkled, wine flowed, incredible smells of delicious food wafted past us and excited chatter filled the room giving an incredible vibe and energy which reflects this very special place.
We had our first glimpse of the stunning restaurant which has been designed so beautifully and the pub, which will be open to everyone, is a perfect place to wind down after a long day or a great place to have a pint after a weekend walk.
We are so excited to see the rest, the wild swimming lake, the hot tubs & sauna, the co working spaces, the bedrooms, the gym! There is going to be so much on offer. We can’t wait!!
