What a gorgeous weekend & very much what we needed after being away so much this month. We had time at home. We unpacked, sorted and made lots of decor plans for our new house which we are absolutely loving. It’s so exciting to have a new project - not that much needs doing - we have a blank canvas inside which we want to make our mark on and we can’t wait to get going. I have so many ideas bubbling in my head, flooring, wallpaper, fabrics, furniture, panelling… eek! It’s given me a new lease of life already. ✨

The Yorkshire Pop Up, Hutton Wandesley, Yorkshire Wow! What an incredible event. Thank you SO much to @sashinthegarden for being the best host and for organising the most amazing couple of days. Huge thanks to everyone who came too. It was our second time doing this pop up and once again it exceeded our expectations. There were so many fabulous brands there, the crowd was wonderful and the venue absolutely stunning, not to mention the absolutely delicious food created by @claranichollcatering
This time we took part in the fashion show which was amazing, my super star models Bec & Angie looked absolutely stunning and were complete naturals. Big, big thanks to them.
Very excitingly we launched our new AW25 colour in our best selling velvet suit at the pop up and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the reaction… I fell in love with the chocolate velvet the moment I saw it and it seems the ladies of Yorkshire felt the same way. It’s rich, sumptuous and deliciously chic! Keep an eye on Instagram stories, for its online launch.

Wylder, Somerset - what a totally wonderful event. Minky, thank you so much for your incredible hospitality in the most wonderful setting. It was so lovely to be in Somerset and to see and meet lots of our West Country customers, new and old. Thank you to everyone who came & said hi and to all of those who shopped with us. We’ll definitely be back.
If you are looking for a special place to host an event or big birthday @wyldersomerset is the most fabulous venue. It has lots of beautiful bedrooms, an indoor pool, stunning views, the longest kitchen I’ve ever seen plus an incredible games/sitting room.

The last two weeks have been a complete whirlwind. Work has been extremely busy with events and new season pieces arriving by the truck load, not to mention the house move a week ago. Suffice to say, we are in, kind of unpacked and we couldn’t love it more. It felt like home immediately, it flows beautifully, every space has been carefully thought out and with the wild weather we’ve had over the past week we have been so cosy and haven’t felt a single draft or had any creaks or leaks! It’s pure bliss and actually feels like we have been on holiday since we moved in.

There has been a lot of excitement so far this month both with the new house and all of the new season styles arriving. The Yerander blazer caught my eye immediately. It’s such an amazing shape & gorgeous fabric but sadly it’s is limited product so when they are gone, that’s it. I’ve teamed it with the Elcot blouse and the Bloomsbury jeans today.

Burghley Horse Trials, Stamford, Lincs - A few final snaps of our time at Burghley and the last stop on our magical (no fixed abode) mystery tour.
Burghley was such a wonderful event which we are so thrilled to have been part of. We loved every minute and couldn’t be happier with how it went. Thank you to everyone, all of our amazing customers, fellow exhibitors and all of the organisers. It was such fun. We are already excited about Burghley 2026.
Our house move went amazingly well yesterday, we are almost unpacked (we did not stop!) and could not love the house more, our total dream! So, so thrilled & 100% worth the wait. Sleeping in our own bed had never felt so good, although I know I’m going to miss our little adventure. That said, on Friday we are going to be exhibiting at the @wealdentimes Pop Up in @penshurstplace so do come and see us if you can.

This morning I’m up in London buying for SS26 but I’ll hopefully be in the office this afternoon getting some of the new pieces online which I’m wearing in these pics which were sell outs at Burghley. Keep an eye on stories later.

Buxted Park, East Sussex - in the midst of the Burghley Horse Trials Jamie & I downed tools and headed off for a very old friends wedding down in East Sussex leaving our stand in the very capable hands of @hydeandgrace & @debs_mckenzie23
The wedding was totally magical filled with so much love, laughter and happiness and the sun shone all day which added to the fabulousness of it all. We caught up with very special friends, celebrated and had a really, really wonderful day - huge congratulations to Mr & Mrs Ford and thank you for including us in your big day!!! @misspdubz it was so lovely to be part of it.

We raced back up to Burghley for the final two days of @burghleyhorsetrials (more pics to follow) and last night at the end of a very successful show, we packed up and drove back at our East Sussex air b n b full of excitement for a very big day today… MOVING DAY!! 📦 (no rest for us!)

Chatsworth Country Fair, Derbyshire - Thank you to everyone who came to see us this weekend while we were exhibiting at the country fair. It was a really fantastic event with so much to see and do and such a lovely crowd! The weather held out for us too with just a shower on Saturday afternoon despite a bit of a rubbish forecast.

Le Touquet, France - another incredible stop on our magical mystery tour. We stayed here for the night on our way back from Paris and we absolutely loved it. I can’t believe we haven’t been before. The beach was so stunning and we had yet another beautifully warm day with a breathtaking sunset. This summer just keeps on giving ☀️
I was so excited to wear the new Bari jacket which has just landed. There was a cool breeze in the evening as we had supper on the beach and the Bari was the perfect layer to pop on. I teamed it with the Bertie blouse and the Grai jeans in dark indigo which are now back in stock (plus we have added a gorgeous new colour to the Grai range).
Next stop… Chatsworth Country fair, Derbyshire.

Paris - the next stop on our trip. We’ve got a very busy month ahead with events so needed to go to Paris to see some of our suppliers. As we had more time than normal we decided to drive so we can stop off on the way back. We couldn’t have chosen a more glorious day for the ferry! Blue skies & sunshine all the way. It’s been a very successful trip, I can’t wait to show you what we’ve got coming for autumn.

Car Fest, Laverstoke Park, Hampshire - wow! What a fun weekend we’ve had. It really didn’t feel like we were working at all, we had a blast. What an incredible event, so much to see and do and amazing music too. @ritaora was fantastic as were so many of the other acts. Thank you so much to everyone who came to see us and to everyone who shopped with us. We loved meeting you all. We were so lucky with the beautiful weather as well. I can see Bricks & Stitches signing up to a few more festivals next year!

Boura & White showroom, Hampshire - Yesterday we popped in to see the lovely @bouraandwhite team at their stunning showroom to have a look at some sofas for our new house. I felt like a child in a sweet shop! It was such a wonderful experience. There are six fabulous designs of sofas you can choose from (which simplifies the process) but then you can choose different pelmets and legs and you can then personalise it with a fabric of your choice. I’ve never seen such an extensive range of fabrics… so many beautiful ones which can be mixed and matched on sofas, cushions, chairs, stools and footstools. I’m thinking greens & pinks - see pic 2.
Much as we are loving being on the road.. this has made me even more excited about the new house!!
