The Carlene is a fabulous, short sleeved blouse with a high neck and frilled, short capped sleeves. There are two buttons to the back of the neck. It is available in 4 colours – Black, Khaki Green, Lime Green and Plum.

One size – suitable for 8-14, Becky is a size 10 and 5’9” tall. This top would work on a variety of heights.
