You can tell an order is confirmed bychecking for an order confirmation email, which is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. This email contains a link to your order status page, where you can track the order's progress. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder, or if you have an account with the store, log in to see your order history.

All products are shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service by default, you can update your postage to next day delivery by 1pm* for an additional fee. All Special Delivery orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be despatched the following Monday.

*To guarantee next day delivery orders need to be placed before 1:00pm.

Yes, we ship to all of Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and other parts of the world. If your country isn't in our list of destinations please contact us at info@bricksandstitches.com and we can arrange a bespoke order for you.

All products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International service by default.

When a package is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for customs delays. These fees are can be unpredictable and are the buyer’s/your responsibility.

We are temporarily unable to ship to the USA while we work out the implications of new tariffs being imposed in August. We will resume as soon as we have clarity around how these changes impact shipping, pricing, and customs procedures.
