This lovely satin vest is lace trimmed. Worn here with the new Navy Arna trousers.

The top is available in new spring colours – sky blue, off white, blue, ivory, violet and pink as well as our best selling original colours black, camel, gold and khaki.

One size 8-14. 100% viscose. Hand wash only. Made in Italy.

I am over the moon to let you know that not only are the Lumina trousers back in stock in the black… we have TWO new colours, ecru and midnight and they are utterly fabulous! Don’t miss out though as I bought all that were available so when they are gone, sadly that’s it.

How beautiful is this absolutely gorgeous bricksandstitches cushion with all my favourite colours on it? It has found the perfect home on our little sofa, which I also love. Yesterday I was invited by @meet_you_at_the_barre & @midlife_management to the launch of the ‘Project Me’ workshop.
Project Me aims to give simple and effective methods to help you match your health span to your lifespan focusing on exercise and diet.
It was such a fantastic and very informative day which definitely made me think about the importance of eating well, exercising and getting enough sleep to ensure a healthy body & mind later on in life.
Jen and Caroline were such amazing hosts and made a room of Lycra clad ladies (who, if anything like me, may have felt a bit out of their comfort zone) feel at ease and relaxed.

After coffee & introductions Jen took us off to the gym for my very first barre class which I have to say I really enjoyed, despite being the only person heading in the wrong direction during most of the exercises.
After barre Caroline spoke to us about the long term benefits of eating healthily including what, how & when we should be eating. We were given the most delicious lunch which perfectly illustrated how we can eat delicious food in abundance without feeling like we are missing out.
It’s a brilliant workshop & so vitally points out the absolute importance of treating our bodies well now to ensure we have a long, happy & healthy life. I can’t recommend it enough.
On top of all of this it was so lovely to catch up with old friends and to meet people IRL who I’ve been following on Instagram for ages!
Enormous thanks Jen & Caroline for an absolutely a brilliant day. I have no doubt the workshops will be hugely successful.

Not my usual Friday but the start of a new chapter. Learning how to make us into the “old women” that we want to be. Thanks to Jen and Caroline from and their new Project Me away days (this was the first one), the penny is finally dropping that the work needs to be put in NOW if I want to be an awesome, live and kicking old bird. And it’s never too late for a leopard to change their spots and you don’t have to throw the baby out with the bath water. Finding your own path is key - watch this space as I try and navigate it whilst still clutching a glass of wine. The days will be run throughout the year but in the meantime, there is a plethora of valuable info on both meet_you_at_the_barre and midlife_management My quest/challenge is to get there without giving up every vice that makes me love my life 😆😆 Hatching a plan.. 😘😘 (special mention for the fabulous noshsnack balls which are superb if you’re trying to cut down/give up sugar!).

Yesterday some beautiful new SS23 linen arrived & I couldn’t be more thrilled with it. Linen is hands down my favourite fabric for the spring and summer and these trousers are just are amazing. You may have seen me wear the black, high waisted Lumina trousers on repeat. I LOVE them & they have been incredibly popular with you guys too. They are an absolutely amazing pair of trousers so I thought for the spring & summer I would introduce the Lumina suit. It’s perfect for so many occasions and you can mix and match the jacket & trousers. The trousers are great worn on their own either casually with trainers or dressed up with heels. The little jacket looks great with jeans & skirts or worn layered over dresses. It’s obviously fabulous worn together as a suit too and would be great for a graduation, the races, a wedding, work, a party… so many options!
