BINNIE Black Velvet Party Top (22-CCC-1019-1)

The perfect party top! This black, velvet top has a high round neckline and 2 pretty buttons fastening at the back.  The sleeves are a real feature – they are balloon shaped and lacey with velvet cuffs.  Elasticated waist makes it super comfy.
