What a very lovely & extremely busy 36 hours we’ve had in Tuscany. It’s been a whistle stop tour buying for party season but we have some AMAZING pieces to show you.
We obviously managed to squeeze in some vino, pasta & an obligatory glimpse of the leaning tower of Pisa.

Hooray for short sleeve days… & it’s almost October. ☀️September has certainly made up for the hideous July we had.
After a busy day ferrying the boys from county to county for various matches & commitment’s we whizzed to the beach for fish & chips. A perfect way to end the day.

5mins ONE PAN Chicken Chorizo Dinner - I made this today and it is a wonderful one pot midweek meal!🙏SHARE this with someone you think would enjoy it

😊SAVE it for your personal use anytimeRecipe below - the hardest part of this recipe is halving your onions or slicing some chorizo! 😜Preheat your oven to 180°
In an oven proof dish drizzle the chicken with generous amounts of olive oil, honey salt and pepper. I chose chicken legs (skin and bone on) but you can use chicken drum sticks or thighs - they are generally the cheaper cuts of meat.
Then placed the chicken directly onto the rungs of the oven (skin up). This will help the chicken go really crispy and allow the juices of meat to run down into your veggies/underneath.
Fill your oven dish with a bag of small new potatoes, slices of chorizo or salame, three small red onions (halved or quartered) a handful of cherry tomatoes and some rosemary.
Don’t forget to toss these veggies in more Olive Oil, honey, salt and pepper
Leave in the oven for approximately 40 to 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through golden and your potatoes are soft
